KENTUCKY BLUEGRASS

One of the most efficient blue egg layers on the market. These are elegant birds with outstanding foraging ability. They have a smooth blue/gray color to their feathers which makes them truly stunning on a pasture of green grass. These birds are bred to convert lower amounts of feed to high quantities of pastel BLUE eggs. The Bluegrass hen is easily a favorite of any commercial egg producer or backyard flock owner thanks to its unique combination of high production and lots of breed character.

MINTY-300

Developed for outstanding production of the most beautiful minty blue/green colored eggs. The Minty-300 hen is intended for commercial production, but also makes an excellent home flock addition. Minty hens have great livability rates and make wonderful layers in any climate

CUMBERLAND PAINT

The Cumberland Paint is a beautiful spotted breed which is a slightly larger bird than most typical egg layers, with a laidback personality and superb ability to produce large, high quality eggs in a deep green color which can vary from moss to olive, to sage colored shells. Their eggs will bring a gorgeous pop of color in a basket of blues, whites and browns. These birds are typically a quieter bird, but are still predator-aware a good forager. Another name for this bird is the Ermine Olive Egger, since the breed received many traits from Ermine Ameraucanas.

Lavender Silver Barnevelder

The Barnevelder chicken breed, originating in the Netherlands, is a heritage breed known for its beautiful double-laced plumage and laying of rich brown eggs, developed in the early 20th century by crossing local Dutch chickens with imported breeds like Langshans and Brahmas. The lavender silver variation is rare and beautiful!
